A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR POWER
INSERTS FOR THE CONFERENCE ROOM TABLE FOR PROPERTY AT 312 NORTH
POWELL PARKWAY
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to
expend funds for power inserts for the conference room table for property at 312 N.
Powell Parkway; and
WHEREAS, the EDC intends that said funds be used solely for the power inserts
related to the conference room table at 312 N. Powell Parkway;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's capital
account in the amount of no more than $800 for two power inserts and installation for
the conference room table at 312 North Powell Parkway.
