RESOLUTION NO. 9019--0&-01 FID&
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE GREATER ANNA CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE, INCORPORATED, REGARDING ITS PRODUCTION OF A LOCAL
BUSINESS DIRECTORY; AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR
PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to
expend funds in support of a local business directory provided by the Greater Anna
Chamber of Commerce, Incorporated (the "GACC") and;
WHEREAS, the EDC intends that said funds be used by the GACC for the creation of
the local business directory, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Contract
The EDC hereby approves the contract, attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, incorporated
herein for all purposes, and authorizes the EDC Chief Administrative Office to execute
same on its behalf.
Section 3. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's
promotional account in the amount of no more than 2500 for the advertisement to fund
this expenditure.
