A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR A ONE
YEAR LANDSCAPE AND MOWING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH ALL
STARR TREE AND LANDSCAPE, INC.
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to
expend funds for landscape and mowing maintenance for property at 312 N. Powell
Parkway and;
WHEREAS, the EDC intends that said funds be used solely for the landscape and
mowing maintenance agreement related to the renovation of 312 N. Powell Parkway;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's
contract account in the amount of no more than $ 2, 660 for landscape and mowing
maintenance for 312 North Powell Parkway.
