A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AMENDING
THE BYLAWS OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BY
AMENDING ARTICLE II SECTION 1 AND 11
WHEREAS, Article VI, Section 2 of the Anna Economic Development Corporation ("EDC")
Bylaws authorizes amendment of the Bylaws, subject to the approval of the City of Anna City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the EDC desires to amend Article II, Section 1 and 11 of said Bylaws.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Amendments to the EDC's Bylaws.
The EDC Board of Directors hereby approves amending the Bylaws of the Anna Economic
Development Corporation as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein for
all purposes as if set forth in full, subject to legal review and approval by the City of Anna City
Council.
