A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
AUTHORZING THE CHIEF,_ ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER TO SIGN AN AGREMENT
WITHJ r FIREWORKS DISPLAY COMPANY AND
THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR SAID FIREWORKS DISPLAY
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") wishes to
expend funds in support of the Independence Day Holiday, and
WHEREAS, the EDC believes that funding fireworks display in support of said Holiday
is a necessary promotional expense for the EDC and the Anna community; and
WHEREAS, the EDC intends that said funds be used solely for the purchase of
fireworks, insurance coverage, and permits necessary for a fireworks display to be held
inside the City of Anna's corporate limits and that the fireworks display be open to the
public without any charge, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Agreement
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to sign an agreement with

Section 3. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's
promotional account.

Thank you for considering Illumination Fireworks, LLC as your fireworks and pyrotechnics display
provider. The success of your event is critical, and we have exactly what it takes to make that happen:
Safety
Our number one priority is the safety of everyone in attendance at your event. we will never consider firing
a display that may be unsafe in any way. We diligently follow all Federal, State, and Local laws and
regulations. All of our pyrotechnicians are experienced and shoot fireworks on a regular basis, year-round.
Some other companies use part-time labor to set up and shoot displays, some of which only shoot once per
year.
Technology
Fireworks displays can be performed utilizing a variety of firing methods. Each display is unique and has
different needs. We invest in the latest digital firing equipment for even the most complicated fireworks
displays. Our latest firing systems are capable of synching fireworks to music within 1/100th of a second
accuracy.
Price
Budget is always an important factor for any organization. Consistently, we have been able to deliver more
"bang for the buck." There are two main reasons for this. First, we keep our storage and operations local.
This saves our clients transportation costs that many other companies face, and pass on to you. Second, we
are proudly a family -owned and operated business. This means we do not have high employee labor
expenses. In other words, with fewer expenses come more affordable displays.
Customer Service
Our current customers always enjoy the top-notch customer service they receive. As a family -owned and
operated company, we give individual attention to each show and strive to meet the needs of each and every
event. Many companies have different people sell, design, and shoot your show. Our operations take out the
possibility for miscommunication by limiting the number of different people handing your show. In fact,
how many other companies can you call and reach the owner 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Our
competition doesn't provide that service, but we're proud to.
Quality
Not all fireworks are created equally. Our dedication to quality is evident in our displays. Each year we work
with our suppliers to provide the most symmetrical bursts and brightest, most intense colors. Each effect is
tested multiple times before used at an event. By having the same person sell and design your show, we
know what we are promising and are able to deliver exactly that.
