A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
AUTHORZING THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER TO HOST A RECEPTION
FOR THE COLLIN COUNTY REALTOR'S ASSOCIATION AND THE EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS FOR SAID EVENT
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") desires to
authorize the expenditure of funds to host a reception for the Collin County Realtor's
Association, and
WHEREAS, the EDC has determined that this expenditure of funds is in the best
interests of the EDC's marketing efforts;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Event
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to plan and execute a
reception for the Collin County Realtor's Association.
Section 3. Approval of Funding
The EDC hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to charge the EDC's
promotional account in an amount up to $5000 without further permission from the EDC
board.
