A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
AUTHORIZING AN EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR A PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL
AT 312 NORTH POWELL PARKWAY
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") intends to
purchase property at 312 North Powell Parkway for promotion of economic
development; and
WHEREAS, the EDC has found and determined that a Phase I Environmental
assessment is a necessary step before purchasing the property, and the EDC desires to
authorize the expenditure to obtain such assessment;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Authority for Expenditure
The EDC hereby authorizes expenditures for the Phase I Environmental, in the amount
