A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION APPROVING FUNDING FOR PHOTOGRAPHER/
VIDEOGRAPHER SERVICES TO CREATE PROMOTIONAL PRINT AND
VIDEO MARKETING MATERIALS
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") has
recognized the need to further the Anna Brand with print and video marketing
materials for the purpose of EDC related business and for the purpose of
economic development in and near the City of Anna; and
WHEREAS, the EDC desires to approve this resolution authorizing funding in the
amount of $1,300 as payment to professional photographer/videographer Jeremy
Sharp for his services; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth
in full.
Section 2. Authorization to purchase services from Jeremy Sharp.
The EDC hereby authorizes and directs its Chief Administrative Officer or the
City Manager to expend up to $1,300 of EDC funds toward payment to Jeremy
Sharp for professional photographer/videographer services in furtherance of the
Anna Brand.
