A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH IMAGE VISION LABS, INC. FOR RENT
OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 312 NORTH POWELL PARKWAY
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Anna Economic Development Corporation
(the "EDC") has determined that it would be beneficial to the EDC and to the City for the
EDC to enter in to a lease agreement with Image Vision Labs, Inc. for rent of property at
312 North Powell Parkway, subject to acquiring said property and to terms more
specifically set forth in this resolution; and
WHEREAS, the EDC has determined that after acquiring said property certain
renovations will be required before the lease can be executed, and that the EDC desires
to provide authority to execute the lease subject to the EDC Chief Administrative
Officer's determination that such renovations have been completed in a manner
adequate to allow for such Lease to become effective, and that the Lease shall not be
effective until the Chief Administrative Officer executes same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Agreement
The EDC hereby approves the Lease Agreement with Image Vision Labs, Inc., said
Lease being attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, incorporated herein for all purposes, and
authorizes the EDC Chief Administrative Officer to execute same on its behalf, subject
to approval as to form by legal counsel for the EDC, final content by the EDC Chief
Administrative Officer, approval by the City Council, and satisfaction of the other
conditions set forth herein.
