A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS TO BE A SPONSOR FOR
CENTURION AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT GROUP'S MARKETING CAMPAIGN
WHEREAS, the Anna Community Development Corporation (the "CDC") desires to
authorize the promotional expenditure of funds to allow the CDC and City of Anna to act
as a sponsor for Centurion American Development Group's Marketing Campaign that
will promote economic development in the City of Anna; and
WHEREAS, the CDC has determined that this expenditure of funds is in the best
interests of the CDC and will promote economic and community development in and
near the City of Anna;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Authority to Expend Funds for Marketing Campaign
The Anna Community Development Corporation approves the expenditure of funds in
the amount of $1,250 in cash or an in -kind equivalent for the CDC and the City of Anna
to act as a sponsor for Centurion American Development Group's marketing campaign
to promote the City of Anna, however, such authority being contingent on approval by
the City Manager and the City Attorney of an agreement governing Centurion American
Development Group's obligations.
