A RESOLUTION OF ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING BUSINESS TRAVEL
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation ("EDC") has recognized the
need for its Chief Administrative Officer, Jessica Perkins, to attend the Texas Economic
Development Council ("TEDC") Basic Economic Development Training Course in the
City of Arlington, Texas and surrounding areas from April 20-23, 2010 for the purpose of
economic development training and EDC-related business; and
WHEREAS, the EDC desires to approve this resolution authorizing Jessica Perkins in
her capacity as the Chief Administrative Officer of the EDC to attend the training
seminar and purchases for all necessary expenses for the purposes of EDC business;
and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Authorization to Attend Training Seminar.
The EDC hereby authorizes Jessica Perkins to attend the TEDC Basic Economic
Development Training Course and make purchases for all necessary expenses related
to attending said seminar.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Economic Development Corporation of Anna, Texas
