A RESOLUTION OF ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
APPROVING SUBMISSION OF TAX FORMS
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation ("EDC") has recognized the
need for its Chief Administrative Officer, Jessica Perkins, to apply for Federal Tax
Exempt Status for the purpose of EDC-related business; and
WHEREAS, the EDC desires to approve this resolution authorizing Jessica Perkins in
her capacity as the Chief Administrative Officer of the EDC to submit the application
including any and all necessary expenses associated with the application submission
for the purposes of EDC business; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Authorization to Submit Tax Exemption Application.
The EDC hereby authorizes Jessica Perkins to submit the application including any and
all necessary expenses associated with the application for federal tax exempt status.
