A RESOLUTION OF THE ANNA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR AERIAL AND
TOPOGRAPHICAL MAPS FROM THE NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENTS
WHEREAS, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (the "EDC") desires to
authorize the administrative expenditure of funds to allow the EDC and City of Anna to
obtain aerial and topographical maps from the North Central Texas Council of
Governments ("NCTCOG") for planning purposes that will promote economic
development in the City of Anna; and
WHEREAS, the EDC has determined that this expenditure of funds is in the best
interests of the EDC;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNA ECONCOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Authority to Expend Funds for Aerial and Topographical Maps
The Anna Economic Development Corporation approves the expenditure of funds not to
exceed $10,000 for the EDC and the City of Anna to obtain aerial and topographical
maps from NCTCOG for planning purposes that will promote economic development in
the City of Anna.
