SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
June 17, 2003 7:00 PM, CITY HALL
The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Session at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, June
17, 2003, at the Anna City Hall, 101 N. Powell Parkway, to consider the following items:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Public Hearing:
To consider comments on Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan
associated with possible adoption of impact fees. This public hearing is an opportunity
for citizens of Anna and residents/property owners in the affected areas to comment on
the proposed Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan. Persons unable
to attend this hearing may submit their comments in writing to the City Secretary, P. O.
Box 776, Anna, TX 75409 or through personal deliver at the Anna City Hall, 101 N.
Powell Parkway, Anna, TX 76409.
4. Consider action on resolution adopting Land Use Assumptions associated with possible
adoption of impact fee program.
5. Consider action on resolution adopting Capital Improvements Plan associated with
possible adoption of impact fee program.
6. Public Hearing:
The City Council of Anna will hold a public hearing regarding annexation of a 344.33
acre tract in the J. M. Kinkaid Survey, Abstract No. 509, Joseph Boyle Survey, Abstract
105 and the John Coffman Survey, Abstract 197, owner being Dr. William Weaver,
located on the north and south sides of W. White Street between S. Central Expressway
and Hurricane Creek.
This public hearing is an opportunity for citizens of Anna and residents/property owners
