RE: TEXAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE CHAPTER 395
Dear Sir or Madam
This letter is being sent in compliance with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government
Code which requires Texas cities to submit to the Texas Attorney General's Office, not
later than the last day of the City's Fiscal year, a letter certifying compliance with
Chapter 395.
This letter and this statement shall serve as certification that the City of Anna, 101
Powell Parkway, Anna, Texas 75409 is in compliance with Chapter 395 of the TEXAS
LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE. This verification is being provided prior to the last day
of our fiscal year, September 30, 2008.
