HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 2021-10-1018 Whiterock Subdivision, Blk A, Lots 1-5, Preliminary PlatCITY OF ANNA, TEXAS RESOLUTION NO. o'102t1-Ifl-101 ]L A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING WHITEROCK SUBDIVISION, BLOCK A, LOTS 1-5, PRELIMINARY PLAT WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council") has adopted Article 9.02 of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision Regulations"); and WHEREAS, Kishore Naga has submitted an application for the approval of the Whiterock Subdivision, Block A, Lots 1-5, Preliminary Plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS THAT: Recitals Incorporated The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes. Approval of Replat. The City Council hereby approves the Whiterock Subdivision, Block A, Lots 1-5, Preliminary Plat attached hereto as Exhibit A subject to the on -site sewage facility review by Collin County, PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas on this 12th day of October 2021.
