HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 2022-01-1082 De La Torre Estates Blk A, Lot 1, Development PlatCITY OF ANNA, TEXAS A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING DE LA TORRE ESTATES, BLOCK A, LOT 1, DEVELOPMENT PLAT WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council") has adopted Article 9,02 of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision Regulations"); and WHEREAS, Ruben and Rosa De La Torre have submitted an application for the approval of the De La Torre Estates, Block A, Lot 1, Development Plat; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS THAT: Section 1. Recitals Incorporated The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes. Section 2. Approval of Development Plat. The City Council hereby approves the De La Torre Estates, Block A, Lot 1, Development Plat attached hereto as Exhibit A.
