RESOLUTION NO. 2009-09-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS,
NOMINATING A CANDIDATE OR CANDIDATES FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
FOR THE CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT OF COLLIN COUNTY ELECTION.
WHEREAS, The City of Anna, Texas has seven votes to cast in the election of the
Board of Directors for the Central Appraisal District of Collin County; and
WHEREAS, The City Council may nominate one to five candidates;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Anna, Texas nominates the following
candidate(s) to the Collin Central Appraisal District Board of Directors:
Kevin Anderson 1626 Willow Way, Anna, Texas 75409
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 22 nd day of September,
2009.
