A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, COLLIN COUNTY, STATE OF TEXAS,
ADOPTING A SECTION 504 GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
WHEREAS, City of Anna desires to develop a community that offers an opportunity for each business to
obtain fair and equal treatment without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status,
and/or physical and mental handicap through fair, orderly and lawful procedures; and
WHEREAS, City of Anna recognizes that the denial of fair and equal opportunities based on race, color,
national origin. religion, sex, familial status. and/or physical and mental handicap is detrimental to the
health. safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the City and constitutes an unjust denial or deprivation of
such rights which is in the power and proper responsibility of government to prevent, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS ARE HEREBY ENACTED BY THE CITY
OF ANNA CITY COUNCIL:
The City of Anna hereby adopts the attached Section 504 Grievance Procedures.
PASSED and adopted by the City Council ofthe City of Anna, Texas, on this the 14th day of
June, 2011.
