RESOLUTION NO. 2011-07-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING RENEWAL OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH COLLIN COUNTY FOR POLICE DISPATCH SERVICES.
WHEREAS, Collin County, through the Sheriff's Office, owns and operates
communication facilities used in dispatching its law enforcement and emergency service
personnel; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anna desires to continue to receive Police dispatch services
from Collin County.
THEREFORE, under the authority of Texas Government Code, Title 7, Interlocal
Cooperation Act, Section 791 et seq., the Council renews and approves the agreement
for Police Dispatch services with Collin County.
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas on this 12th
day of June, 2011.
