RESOLUTION NO. 2012-02-09
A RESOLUTION APPROVING NATIONAL SIGN PLAZA TOPPER DESIGN
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING THE DESIGN
OF THE SIGN PLAZA TOPPER
WHEREAS , the City has decided to enter into a program of sign plazas; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to approved the design topper for the program ;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE APPLICANT:
SECTION 1: That the City Council has decided to use the topper designated as
Exhibit A attached and does hereby give National Sign Plaza the
direction to construct topper as shown on Exhibit A.
SECTION 2 : That the City Council hereby authorizes and directs its City
Manager to inform National Sign Plaza of the design decision .
Introduced, read and passed by the affirmative vote of the "Applicant" on this
14th day of February, 2012.
