RESOLUTION NO. 2012-02-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING MEMBERSHIP IN
TEX-21
WHEREAS, TEX-21 is a coalition of local governments and elected officials that work to
support enhanced multi -modal transportation across Texas and Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "Council') finds that
membership in TEX-21 is in the best interest of the citizens of Anna;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. Approval of Membership
The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to take all necessary action to
obtain full membership for the City of Anna in TEX-21.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas on this 28th
day of February 2012.
