A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPOINTING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO THE ANNA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Anna Housing Finance Corporation (the "Corporation") is duly formed and existing
under Texas Local Government Code § 3 94.001, et seq. by action of the governing body of the City of
Anna, Texas (the "City") to help finance the cost of residential ownership and development that will
provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing at affordable prices for residents of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has appointed members of the Corporation's Board of Directors (the
"Board"); and
WHEREAS, the Corporation's Articles of Incorporation the Board of Directors is composed of seven
members residing within the City and appointed by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint persons to serve in said officer positions as set forth
herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS:
Section 1. Incorporation of Recitals.
The above -stated recitals are found to be true and correct and are incorporated into this resolution
as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Appointment of Directors.
The City Council hereby appoints the following persons to serve as the Corporation's Board of
Directors:

This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
