A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPR®F91G`�Cc�' v un A®DI uION,
BLOCK A, LOTS 1 & 2, MINOR PLAT.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development %J land wn the Anna city
limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City
Council") has adopted Article 9.02 ("Subdivision Regulations"); and
WHEREAS, Alexander and Mariah Burtness &Robert and Barbara Via have submitted
an application for the approval of the Via Addition, Block A, Lots 1 & 2, Minor Plat; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TLI� CITY ��UNCI�, �� THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Replat.
The City Council hereby approves the Via Addition, Block A, Lots 1 & 2, Minor Plat
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas on this 14th
day of June, 2022.
