ANNA PARKS ADVISORY BOARD MEETING

The Parks Advisory Board of the City of Anna will meet at 6:00 PM, on June 20, 2022, at
the Anna City Hall, Located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following
items below.
1.Call to Order, Roll Call, and Establishment of Quorum.
2.Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.
3.Neighbor Input:
At this time, any person may address the Parks Advisory Board regarding an item on
this meeting agenda that is not scheduled for public hearing. Also, at this time any
person may address the Parks Advisory Board regarding an item that is not on this
meeting agenda. Each person will be allowed up to 3 minutes to speak. No discussion
or action may be taken at this meeting on items not listed on this agenda, other than to
make statements of specific information in response to a citizen’s inquiry or to recite
existing policy in response to the inquiry.
4.Receive a Report
a.Receive a report on Recreation programs and events (Recreation Manager Jeff
Freeth).
b.Discuss Parks Advisory Board tour of parks.
5.Project Update.
a.Receive an update on the Library project. (Park Planning and Development
Manager Dalan Walker)
b.Receive an update on Wheeled Sports Park project. (Park Planning and
Development Manager Dalan Walker)
c.Receive an update on the Johnson Park Field Lighting project. (Park Planning
and Development Manager Dalan Walker)
d.Receive an update on the Bryant Park project. (Park Planning and Development
Manager Dalan Walker)
e.Discuss Community Center/Recreation Center project. (Park Planning and
Development Manager Dalan Walker)
f.Discuss Park Bond Funds and Projects. (Park Planning and Development
Manager Dalan Walker)
6.Individual Consideration
