A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING 75 NORTH ADDITION,
LOTS 14R & 15R, REPLAT.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city
limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City
Council") has adopted Article 9.02 ("Subdivision Regulation") and Article 9.04 ("Zoning
Ordinance") of the Anna City Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Bryan Peltier and Syeda Haque have submitted an application for the
approval of the 75 North Addition, Lots 14R & 15R, Replat; and
WHEREAS, The Replat of 75 North Addition, Lots 14R & 15R conforms to the existing
zoning; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Replat
The City Council hereby approves the 75 North Addition, Lots 14R & 15R, Replat attached
hereto as Exhibit A subject to Board of Adjustment approval that would grant two (2)
variances to the City of Anna Zoning Ordinance associated with:
1. Minimum lot area requirement for Lot 14R
2. Minimum side yard, interior setback requirement for Lot 15R
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas on this 12th
day of J u ly, 2022.
