MINUTES
ANNA PARKS ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
May 16, 2022
The Parks Advisory Board of the City of Anna met at 6:00 PM, on May 16, 2022, at the Anna City Hall, located at 111
North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items:
1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum
a. The meeting was called to order at 6:OOpm. Members present were Elden Baker, Michelle Clemens, Eirik
Hansen, and Mackenzie Jenks. Jon Schwyzer, Joe Crowder and LeQuey Douglas were absent. Staff
present included Recreation Manager Jeff Freeth, Neighborhood Services Director Marc Marchand, Park
Planning and Development Manager Dalan Walker, and City Council Member Pete Cain,
2. Staff presented a report on Neighborhood Life and Recreation programming and events.
3. Staff presented a report on the mandatory boards and commissions orientation on Saturday, June 4�h
4. Staff presented an update on the Baldwin Park and Henry Clay "Yank" Washington Park sign installations.
5. Staff presented an update on the Bryant Park Phase 1 Project.
6. Staff presented an update on the County Park Bond Project.
7. The Parks Advisory Board and members of the community provided Community input on the design of the
Slayter Creek Wheeled Sports Park.

a. April 18, 2022
A motion
was made by Eirik Hansen,
seconded by Elden
Baker, to approve the Minutes of the April 18, 2022,
meeting.
Motion carried 4-0.
9. Adjourn
