RESOLUTION NO. 2014-08-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING THE ANNA TOWN
CENTER CONCEPT PLAN AND WALMART DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN THE AREA
GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF WEST WHITE STREET AND EAST OF U.S.
HIGHWAY 75.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Part III -A of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision Regulations"); and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that the City Council
approve the Anna Town Center Concept Plan and the Walmart Development Plan.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of ANNA TOWN CENTER CONCEPT PLAN AND WALMART
DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
The City Council hereby approves the Anna Town Center Concept Plan and the Walmart
Development Plan attached.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 12th day
of August, 2014.
