AGENDA ANNA PARKS ADVISORY BOARD MEETING Monday, October 17, 2022 @ 6:00 PM Slayter Creek Park Pavilion 425 W. Rosamond Parkway Anna, Texas 75409 The Parks Advisory Board of the City of Anna will meet at 6:00 PM, on October 17, 2022, at the Slayter Creek Park Pavilion, 425 W. Rosamond Parkway, to consider the following items below. 1.Call to Order, Roll Call, and Establishment of Quorum. 2.Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. 3.Neighbor Input: At this time, any person may address the Parks Advisory Board regarding an item on this meeting agenda that is not scheduled for public hearing. Also, at this time any person may address the Parks Advisory Board regarding an item that is not on this meeting agenda. Each person will be allowed up to 3 minutes to speak. No discussion or action may be taken at this meeting on items not listed on this agenda, other than to make statements of specific information in response to a citizen’s inquiry or to recite existing policy in response to the inquiry. 4.Receive a Report a.Receive a report on recreation programs and events (Recreation Manager Jeff Freeth). 5.Project Update. a.Receive an update on Parks Capital Projects. (Park Planning and Development Manager Dalan Walker) 6.Individual Consideration a.Discuss, Consider, Act on Parks Advisory Board meeting minutes on September 19,2022. b.Discuss, Consider, Act on the election of a Chair. c.Discuss, Consider, Act on the election of a Vice Chair. d.Discuss, Consider, Act on the election of a Secretary. e.Discuss, Consider and Act on November and December Parks Advisory Board Meeting date(s). 7.Adjourn.
