A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING PROSE FOSTER
CROSSING, BLOCK A, LOT 1, PRELIMINARY PLAT.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Article 9.02 ("Subdivision Regulations") and Article 9.04 ("Zoning Ordinance") of
the Anna City Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, 615 Foster Crossing Investments LLC has submitted an application for approval
of the Prose Foster Crossing, Block A, Lot 1, Preliminary Plat; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2, Approval of Preliminary Plat.
The City Council hereby approves the Prose Foster Crossing, Block A, Lot 1, Preliminary Plat
attached hereto as Exhibit A subject to additions and/or alterations to the engineering plans
as required by the Public Works Department.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 8th day of
November. 2022.
