A reconnection fee of $10.00 will be assessed to any customer who has had service disconnected. A reconnection fee of $25.00 will be a sessed to any customer who the city has had to pull a meter for la k of payment or for security reasons. 4: INSTALLATION, USE AND MOVING OF METERS INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL city will set a meter at the premises of each customer who has e the required deposit for the registration of water used by such omer.
