ONI 3: BILLING; FAILURE TO PAY; RECONNECTION CHARGE
A tatement for the water used and/or sewer service furnlshed

s 11 fall or refuse to pay his monthly bill on or before the 15th day
of the month due shall be assessed an additional IOX late charge

A reconnection fee of $10.00 will be assessed to any customer who
has had service disconnected. A reconnection fee of $25.00 will be

4: INSTALLATION, USE AND MOVING OF METERS

10; SEVERABILITY
