An ordinance of the City of Anna regulating payment of trash service by
City of Anna water customers.
The City Council of the City of Anna does ordain as follows:
That all residents which are water customers of the City of Anna are
hereby required to pay for trash service from this date of final passage
and approval.
That the City Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
and cause the same to be published.
That this ordinance shall be and Is hereby declared to be In full force
and effect, from after September 10, 1985 from this date of final passage
and approval.
