the provisions of this ordinance shall bedeemed wilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof ':shall be

It is hereby declared to be the intention of'the`eity
council. that the sections, paragraphs, sentences,:,r�;;
clauses, and phrases of this ordinance are severable
and, if any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph,' or sec-
tion of this ordinance shall be declared uncdpstitu-
tional by the valid judgment or decree of arjy court of
competent jurisdiction, such unconetitution111ity''ehall
not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sen-
tences, paragraphs, and sections of this ordi':nance,
since the same would have been enacted by the,eity,coun-
cil without the incorporation in this ordin4rcee.of any
