TEXAS UTILITIES ELECTRIC COMPANY, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

SERVICE IIEGUI.ATIONS MAY BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, AMENDED OR WITHDRAWN,

IS PASSED IS OPEN TO TRE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

SECTION 1. On Ja unry 10, 19900 Texas Utilities Electric Compmry filed with the
Governing Body of this munialpnlity and simultaneously with the Public Utility
COmndaslon of Texns a virtually Identicahl'etition and Statement of Intent with proposed
chonges In the rate schedules and service regulations of said Company.
SECTION 2. The rale schedules and service reg,dnlions of 'Faxon Utilities Electric
Company npproved slid set by the Public Utility Commission of Texas purstmnt to the
Petition and Statement of Intent filed by amid Company with the Public Utility
Commission of 'Texas on January IS, 1990, are hereby approved as the rale schedules and
service regulalio s under which, said Company Is authorized to render service end to
collect charges from Its customers for the sole of electric power earl energy within the
corporate limits of this municipality until such time lie said rate schedules and service
regulations may be changed, modified, amended or withdrawn with the approval of the
Governing Body of this municipality.
SECTION 9. The aforesaid into schedules and service regulations herein approved
shall be effective from and after the date the Public Utility Commission of 'Faxon orders
maid new rate nehedules and service regulations effective for Texas Utilities Electric
Company, provided that, In order to effect uniform systemwide rates, changed telex any
