AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS ADOPTING THE SOUTHERN
BUILDING CODE, AND THUS VOIDING ORDINANCE NO. 103-85, THE UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE.
Whereas, The erection, construction, enlargement, alteration,
repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion,
occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance
of all buildings or structures in the City of Anna are
regulated while also providing for the issuance of
permits and collection of fees under the southern
Building Code.
Motion was made by Councilman BENNY MILAM- and seconded by
JOE MURPHY
