The City Council of Anna met in Special session on the 29h day of April 2002,
1. Call to Order
Mayor Ron Ferguson called this meeting to order at 7:43 p.m.
2. Roll Call
The following members were present and participating: Mayor Ron Ferguson, Joe
Finley Jr., Brenda Tilley, Lynn Mosier, and Lisa Copeland. Mr. Lynn Uhane was
absent.
City Administrator — Lee Lawrence.
3. Citizen Participation
Mone.
4. Consider an Ordinance adopting City Personnel Policies Manual.
Ms. Copeland made a motion to pass the ordinance. Mr. Finley seconded the
motion. The motion carried unanimously.
Staff reports and items for discussion.
Mr. Lawrence said he had been subpoenaed to court on Wednesday regarding the
DART/Racetrack access Road.
Mr. Lawrence presented each council member with a confidential letter from the
City Attorney. Mayor Ferguson requested that the City Attorney be present at the
May 10 Council Meeting for executive session.
Mr. Mossier asked about the brush at the Munger residence. Mr. Lawrence
advised that the City would clear the brush as Mrs. Munger is elderly and cannot
do this herself:
Mayor Ferguson stated the manhole in Ms. McIntosh's property needs to be
removed and her yard out back in order.
6. Adjourn.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:54 p.m.
