ORDINANCE NO. 195-2005
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF ANNA TO PROVIDE FOR REZONING OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY; PROVIDING A REPEALER CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the owner of the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto has requested a
certain zoning for said property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anna has given the requisite notices and afforded a
full and fair hearing to all property owners generally and to all persons interested in and situated
in the affected area and in the vicinity thereof, the City Council of the City of Anna has
concluded that the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Anna should be amended as follows:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS:
Section 1.
The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Anna, Texas, is amended by zoning
the tract described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made an integral part of this Ordinance,
as C-2 General Commercial District.
Section 2.
The official Zoning Map of the City of Anna shall be corrected to reflect the change in zoning
described herein.
Section 3.
All ordinances of the City of Anna in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are repealed to
the extent of that conflict.
Section 4.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.
PASSED on this the 22nd day of March, 2005, by the following vote of the City Council of the
City of Anna, Texas.

VanWinkle Survey, Abstract No. 937, being part of a 13.88 acre tract conveyed to WKG
Enlerprises, LTD., by deed recorded in Volume 4478 at Page 2540 of (tie Collin Co- n:tv
Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the South right-of-way line of State Highway 121 and
the Southwest comer of the 13.88 acre tract,
THENCE North 51' 34' East with the South right-of-way line of Slate Highway 121, a
distance of 458.9 feel to an iron rod set for a corner,
THENCE South 38' 26' East, a distance of 379.7 feet to an iron rod set for a comer in the
South line of the 13.88 acre tract;
THENCE North 88° 50' West with the South line of the 13.88 ac,e ', _t a �slarre of
595.6 feet to the place of beginning,
