ORDINANCE NO. 272-2006
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, CHANGING THE NAMING
AND NUMBERING OF ACACIA DRIVE AND MIMOSA DRIVE
WHEREAS, the street naming and numbering for Acacia Drive and Mimosa
Drive, located in Willow Creek Addition, does not conform to the street naming
and numbering standards adopted by the City of Anna; and
WHEREAS, the street naming and numbering for Acacia Drive and Mimosa
Drive creates confusion for persons using said streets, including emergency
services personnel; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS,
THAT THE NAMING AND NUMBERING OF ACACIA DRIVE AND MIMOSA
DRIVE IS HEREBY CHANGED TO CONFORM TO THE NAMING AND
NUMBERING INDICATED ON EXHIBIT A, WHICH IS ATTACHED TO AND
HEREBY MADE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THIS ORDINANCE.
The Director of Public Works is hereby directed to insure that signs are installed
to reflect the terms of this ordinance.
This ordinance shall be effective as of the passage by vote of the City Council of
the City of Anna, Texas.
Passed on this the 27"' day of June, 2006, by the City Council of the City of
Anna, Texas.
