ORDINANCE NO. 282-2006
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 4 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 262-2006 TO PERMIT A MINIMUM LOT WIDTH OF 50 FEET; TO
PERMIT A MINIMUM FRONT YARD SETBACK OF 10 FEET; REPEALING
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ANNA, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 262-2006 Section 4. paragraph e Revised
Ordinance No. 262-2006, Section 4, paragraph a is hereby revised to read as follows:
e. SF -E (Rear Entry Lots):
Section 2. Conflicting Ordinances Repeated
All existing ordinances or parts thereof conflicting or inconsistent with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Severability
Should any section, paragraph, sentence, or word of this ordinance be declared invalid for any
reason, it is the intent of the City Council that it would have passed all of the portions of this
ordinance independent of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
