ORDINANCE NO. 289-2006
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE 2006 TAX ROLL FOR THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Collin County Tax Assessor Collector has submitted the 2006 Tax Roll
for the City of Anna to the City Council for approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required by statute to approve or disapprove said 2006
Tax Roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the 2006 Tax Roll Summary as provided by
the Collin County Tax Assessor Collector; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, THAT
THE 2006 APPRAISAL ROLL IS ACCEPTED AS CONSTITUTING THE 2006 TAX
ROLL OF THE CITY AND SAID TAX ROLL IS HEREBY APPROVED.
