ORDINANCE NO. 295-2005
IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 242-2005 BY CHANGING THE
MEMBERSHIP OF THE IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anna has previously created an impact fee advisory
committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to clarify issues relating to the membership of the
committee and insure Compliance with state statutes and regulations relating to membership of
said impact fee advisory committee; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA
Section 1. Membership.
The planning and zoning commission of the City of Anna is hereby designated and appointed to
serve as the impact fee advisory committee. In addition, one additional person who must be a
resident of the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City shall also be appointed to serve on said
committee. Should no member of the planning and zoning commission be a representative of
the real estate, development or building industry who is not an official or employee of a
governmental entity or political subdivision, the council shall appoint one additional person to
serve as an ad hoc member of the committee. Said ad hoc member shall be a representative of
the real estate, development or building industry who is not an official or employee of a
governmental entity or political subdivision.
PASSED on this the 14th day of November, 2006, by the following vote of all members of the
City Council as present:
