Ordinance No. 297-2006
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, SETTING THE
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION RATES REQUIRED TO PROVIDE
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES TO CITIZENS OF ANNA,
SETTING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE NEW RATES, AND
REPEALING ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE.

Effective on the billing after the 1' day of December, 2006, the following rates*
will be in effect for Solid Waste Collection:

The following rates will be in effect for large rolloff containers which will be billed
directly by the contractor:

All existing ordinances of the City of Anna, Texas, are hereby repealed insofar as they may
be inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance.
