ORDINANCE NO. 304-2007
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 4
OF ORDINANCE NO. 262-2006 TO PERMIT THE FOLLOWING: A.) SF -A, A
MINIMUM CAP OF (4.2) FOUR POINT TWO UNITS PER ACRE, AND B.) SF -B,
A MINIMUM LOT WIDTH OF 66 FEET; REPEALING CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ANNA, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 262-2006, Section 4, paragraphs a. and b.
Revised
Ordinance No. 262-2006, Section 4, paragraph a. is hereby revised to read as
follows:
a. SF -A: Has a cap of (4.2) four point two units per acre:

Ordinance No. 262-2006, Section 4, paragraph b. is hereby revised to read as
follows:
Section 2. Conflictina Ordinances Repealed
All existing ordinances or parts thereof conflicting or inconsistent with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Severabiliri
Should any section, paragraph, sentence, or work of this ordinance be declared
invalid for any reason, it is the intent of the City Council that it would have passed
all of the portions of this ordinance independent of any such portion as may be
declared invalid.
Section 4. Effective Date
This ordinance shall be effective upon passage by a majority vote of the City
Council and publication of the caption as provided by law.
