IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
ORDINANCE NO. 324-2007
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
242-2005 BY CREATING A POSITION ON THE IMPACT FEE ADVISORY
COMMITTEE FOR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE EXTRATERRITORIAL
JURISDICTION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anna has previously created an impact fee
advisory committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to clarify issues relating to the membership of the
committee, its compensation, and its purpose and responsibilities; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS
Section 1. Membership
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 242-2005 is amended to read as follows
The planning and zoning commission of the City of Anna is hereby designated and
appointed to serve as the impact fee advisory committee. Should no member of the
planning and zoning commission be a representative of the real estate, development or
building industry who is not an official or employee of a governmental entity or political
subdivision, the council shall appoint one additional person to serve as an ad hoc
member of the committee. Said ad hoc member shall be a representative of the real
estate, development of building industry who is not an official or employee of a
governmental entity or political subdivision. in addition, one member of the impact fee
advisory committee shall be a resident of the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of
Anna.
Section 2. Repeat Clause.
All parts of any ordinance in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are to the
extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 3. Severability Clause.
If any provision of this ordinance shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the
remainder of such ordinance shall continue in full force and effect the same as if such
invalid or unconstitutional provision had never been a part hereof.

Section 4. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall be effective upon the posting and/or publication of its caption as
required by law and the City Secretary is hereby directed to implement such posting
and/or publication.
