AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF ANNA TO PROVIDE FOR REZONING OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY; PROVIDING A REPEALER CLAUSE; AND PROWDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the owner of Me properly descent in Exhibf A affachad hereto has requested a
certain coning for saYJ property; and
WHEREAS, Me Planning and Zoning Commission of Me City of Anna and the City Council of
the City of Anna have given Me requisite notices by publication antl otherwise and have twirl the
public hearings as required by law and afufded a NII and fair hearing to all property owners
gerwrally and to all persons interested in and situated in Me afected area and in Me Ndnily
thereof. the CAy Council of Me City of Anne has conceded! that the Zoning Ordinance of Me City
of Mna should he amended as follows:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS:
Section 1. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance d the City of Anna, Texas, is amended by
Granting a Specific Use Permit and charging the coning here Agriculture Dead (AG) to
General Cornmwcial (C2) of Me bad described! in Exhibit A. dlada.N hereto and made an
integral pad ofMls ordinance. The Specific Use Permf shall heads the fdlowirg canpawrlN:
The operation of e private dub as an allowable use aMe Property.
2. All other provisions of Me C2 General Commercial in the existing City of Anna Zoning
Ordinance are applicable to the trail and any uses of Me trail.
Section 2. The official Zoning Map of the City of Anna shall be corrected to reflect Me change
in zoning described herein.
