AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF ANNA TO PROVIDE FOR REZONING OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY; PROVIDING A REPEALER CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the owner of the property described in Exhibit A coached hereto has requested a
certain zoning for said property; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the CM of Anna and the City Council of
the City of Anna have given the requisite notices by puNicadon and otherwise and have held the
public bearings as requiretl by him and affordetl a full and fair hearing M all property owners
generally and to all persona interested in and situated in the sRected area and in the vicinity
thereof, the City Council of the City of Anna has concluded that the Zoning Ordinance of the City
&Anne should be amended as followe.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA,
TEXAS:
Sheldon 1, The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of Me City d Anna, Texas, is amended by
changing the zoning of the tract described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made an integral
part Mthls ordinance, from Agricultural District (AG) to Restricted Commercial (C-1).
Section 2. The official Zoning Map of the City of Anna shall be contacted W reflect the charge
in zoning described herein.
Section 3. All ordinances of the Cityof Anna in corl0ictieith Me provisions of this ordinance are
