CITY OF ANNA
SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 4, 2003 7:30 PM, CITY HALL
The City Council of the City of Anna will met in Special Session at 7:30 p.m., Thursday,
September 4, 2003, at the Anna City Hall, 101 N. Powell Parkway, and considered the following
items:
1. Call to Order.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quonun.
The following members were present and participating: Mayor Kenneth Pelham, Mayor
Pro Tem Mark Montgomery, Councilman J. W. Finley, Jr., Councilmen John Geren,
Councilman Chris Caldwell, and Councilman Lynn Mosier
3. Budget Workshop on Revenues and Expenditures for the 2003/2004 City Budget.
The Council discussed the budget with the Administrator and Department Heads. No
action was taken by the City Council.
4. Adjourn.
Mayor Pelham adjourned the meeting.
