1. Consider acceptance of final plat for tract located at southeast corner of FM 455 and U. S.
75, petition by Love’s Country Stores, Inc., as recommended by Planning and Zoning
Commission. (See attached note.)
2. Consider acceptance of Site Plan for tract located at southeast corner of FM 455 and U. S.
75, petition by Love’s Country Stores, Inc., as recommended by Planning and Zoning
Commission. (See attached note.)
3. Consider acceptance of final plat for tract located at southeast corner of Anthony Street
and Riggins Street, petition by John Rattan and John Hampton as recommended by Planning
and Zoning Commission. (See attached note.)
4. Consider action to prohibit off-site signs for sixty day period. (See attached note.)
5. Consider action(s) relative to development of sign ordinance.
6. Consider approval of ordinance amending Section 27 of Zoning Ordinance to allow persons
living in City’s extraterritorial jurisdiction to be appointed to Planning and Zoning
Commission. (See attached note.)
7. Consider recommendations regarding appointment of Planning and Zoning Commission
members and alternate members, as recommended by Planning and Zoning Commission.
8. Consider approval of Contract Agreement between City and Affi International, LLC.

MESSAGE:
1. Final plat, Love’s Travel Center, Anna location
Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of final plat for Love’s Travel
Center, Anna location. Love’s needs to provide City with a drainage easement document
requested by City’s consulting engineer and engineer needs to provide recommendation
letter as a condition of final approval. A copy of the final plat is available for review at City
Hall.
2. Site Plan, Love’s Travel Center, Anna location
Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of Site Plan for Love’s Travel
Center, Anna location. A copy of the Site Plan is available for review at City Hall.
3. Final plat, Lawrence Addition
Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of final plat for Lawrence
Addition. Developer needs to provide City with a sewer line easement document from
neighboring property owner as a condition of final approval. A copy of the plat is available
for review at City Hall.
4 & 5. Sign Ordinance
The moratorium on off-site signs has expired and a sign ordinance has not been adopted.
This leaves the City in highly exposed position. Several persons have asked City staff about
putting up off-site signs over past several weeks. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted
in its meeting of 10-3-2000 to recommend that the City re-instate the moratorium and set
a deadline for adoption of a sign ordinance.
6. Ordinance amending Section 27 of Zoning Ordinance
The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended amending Section 27 of the Zoning
Ordinance by allowing persons residing in the City’s extraterritorial jurisdiction to be
appointed to membership on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
