PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday,
April 2, 2002, at 7:15 p.m. at the Anna City Hall, located at 120 W. 4th Street, Anna, Texas, to
consider the following items.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll Call,
3. Consider approval of Minutes of meeting of March 5, 2002.
4. Public Hearing: Request for Specific Use Permit to own and operate an eight liner
business, to be located at 117 S. Powell Parkway.
5. Consider recommendation regarding request by George Abraham for Specific Use Permit
to own and operate an eight liner business, to be located at 117 S. Powell Parkway.
6. Consider recommendation regarding Hurricane Creek Estates South (William A. Taylor).
7. Consider recommendation regarding final plat for Meadow Ridge Estates, Phase 1.
8. Consider recommendation(s) regarding zoning ordinance revisions.
9. Update on current projects.
10. Discussion of other issues as desired by members of PZC.
11. Adjourn.
