PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold its regular meeting on
Tuesday, July 2, 2002, at 7:15 p.m. at the Anna City Hall, located at 120 W. 4"' Street, Anna,
Texas, to consider the following items.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Consider approval of Minutes of meeting of June 4, 2002.
4. Consider recommendation regarding David Graham one lot plat of one acre tract on S.
Powell Parkway (State Highway 5) (750 feet south of CR 422).
5. Consider recommendation regarding final plat of Tara Farms, Phase 4.
5. Consider recommendation regarding site plan for commercial development
(office/warehouses) on CR 286 (500 feet south of FM 455).
6. Consider recommendation regarding grant application to Collin County Parks
Foundation for development of Anna City Park.
7. Update on current projects.
8. Discussion of other issues as desired by members of PZC.
9. Adjourn.
